About Christine Salus...

Christine is a very experienced Group Fitness Instructor from Victoria B.C. Her favourite way to train is High Intensity Interval Training [HIIT] with a variety of bodyweight type exercises, but is also a big advocate of running, weight training and yoga in her programmes. Christine started her YouTube channel in 2012 as a way to share her passion for HIIT with others. After much research, in March 2013 Christine adopted a high raw Vegan diet and has been coaching and inspiring others to make healthier dietary choices ever since. Christine has some fantastic workout apps available, mainly varying between strength and cardio. They are perfect for working out at home or at the gym. There are even some “silent” workouts so as not to disturb others by “jumping around” at home!
